IPB is headquartered in Barcelona and is well-established in the Spanish pharmaceutical and chemical sectors thank to its considerable strengths in architecture, engineering and building services. IPB is one of the leading companies in the Spanish market, and in recent years has rolled out several international projects in Latin America and Asia.

This acquisition will be a driver of growth for Chemgineering by providing additional opportunities in South and Central America, as well as enabling Chemgineering to support its existing clients in these countries with local resources. This acquisition is the latest in Chemginerring’s growth strategy focused on foreign market acquisitions. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality on the details of the acquisition.
