- Confirm details of scheduling with each discipline leader
- Advise on optimizing Project Master Plan - time planning
- Prepare and agree with project team critical milestones for each work
package area to respect Project Master Plan.
- Establish detailed schedule for completion of design phases
- Establish detailed schedule for procurement packages
- assist in the preparation and putting in place with the work package construction
managers a short term schedule 3 week look ahead for each work package.
- propose where possible recovery plans to recover schedule status.
- assist construction managers in the preparation of advanced planning for interface actions.
-agree with Construction managers the weekly updates on short term schedules. for issue to project management such as :
- Weekly targets and milestones achieved
- Assist Construction Manager in monthly status report on schedule & milestones
- 3 week look ahead
- Interface reports
- Earned value progress
- Subcontractor construction progress review
