- Define and update plan as required for work package priorities
- Ensure tender documents are consistent with site regulations
- Establish management summary for all packages with the discipline leaders and consultants.
- Prepare advance planning for interface actions

- Study complexity, technical & utility implications of each package & prepare plans
- Comment on constructability, installation
- Propose & implement construction techniques & method statements
- Identify interface risks between packages and put in place actions as required.
- Due regard for interfaces, tie ins, subsequent access maintenance
- Supervise all construction & installation of packages & ancillaries
- Exercise Contract prerogatives
- Subcontractor construction progress review
- Coordination of inspection & testing

- Propose recovery strategy to contractors and installers if agreed schedules are not met or at risk.
- Drive the procurement schedule for the work packages with the discipline leaders
- Establish with site supervisor and CM scheduler a 3 week rolling schedule and update.
- Prepare advance planning for interface actions get coordination reports from discipline leaders and ensure with discipline leaders that coordination due diligence exercises are completed.
- Feed back to scheduler to get updated Detailed Construction Schedules.

- Supervise all construction and installation, in particular direct supervision of subcontractors and on site vendors
- Develop with CM scheduler Detailed Construction Schedules for work packages
- Schedule, chair, minute meetings, follow up actions there from
- Closely manage interfaces & integration with existing Production Operations & facilities
- Work closely with Project Management to achieve Project objectives

- Inspect all parts of Construction Site monthly
- Prepare detailed punch lists of deficiencies, & manages corrections
- Issues Certificate of (substantial) completion
- Prepare handover report for project phase, recommends Final payments
- Receive manuals warranties guarantees
- Receive as built manuals and drawings
- Phase completion recommended OK for next, & OK for local authorities

- Working with EHS supervisor ensure site safety strategy is respected and applied
- Exercise Contract prerogatives.
- Apply and enforce site safety regulations on site.

- Prepare weekly reports for issue to project management
- Operatives on site from each contractor
- Weekly targets and milestones achieved
- 3 week look ahead
- Liaise with Logistics manager for weekly report for work packages
