Standardized business processes across the whole Chemgineering Group are crucial for the company’s success and further development. For that reason, Chemgineering has compiled extensive descriptions of business processes and recorded them in the Chemgineering Process Management System (CPS). This system contains all of the company’s key business processes and transactions and describes them clearly. These processes are mandatory across the Group.
Quality management
With the help of an ISO 9001: 2015 certified quality management system, we ensure that our services are kept at a consistently high quality. This system comprises all relevant business processes and is audited on a regular basis. There is also a central Quality Manager for the whole Group to ensure that our high standards of quality are assured internationally.
