Automation project management

We can offer full project management in the field of automation for your project. In this position, we are the main point of contact for the project team and take on the creation of specifications, functional tenders, schedules and various project-relevant documents. We also organize the contract award negotiations and carry out site visits.

Hardware planning

Our hardware services include circuit diagram planning, planning the cable routes and the measuring devices and electrical consumers used. Detailed network plans are drawn up to ensure the correct and efficient networking of the components used. These network plans, also known as automation concepts, also serve to better illustrate the entire system and the local connection of the components. We also offer the planning and design of systems in explosion protection areas, the creation of monitoring systems and the implementation of personnel and material locks.

Software development

A whole range of different control systems, each with different software, are available for the implementation of automation systems.

When it comes to software development, we are able to process a wide range of the control systems on offer with our existing know-how. Validated modules are available in our company for the control systems of the Siemens world. This means that approx. 80% of the system-specific software is subject to GAMP category 4. Only the customer-specific interlocking program sequences are subject to GAMP category 5 and must be fully qualified.

Qualification

Our scope of qualification includes the creation of project documents such as hardware and software design specifications. We support you in the DQ/IQ/OQ phases of the automation area, from the creation of the risk analysis to the coordination and testing of simulations and the final training for operators and service personnel. We also support the FAT and SAT in the area of hardware and software and carry out complete line tests.
